Low Briery holiday park, right on the River Greta

From riverside glamping pods to spacious group houses, there’s a place here for every kind of trip.

A Low Briery holiday puts you in the heart of the Lake District without the noise of Keswick town centre. The park sits in a wooded valley on the River Greta, just outside Keswick — tall trees, moving water, and real quiet.

The Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail runs through the park. Walk into Keswick in around 20 to 30 minutes from your door, no roads required.

Accommodation runs from glamping pods and static caravans to luxury lodges and large group houses. Everything is self-catering, so you set the pace. New for 2025, six Luxury S-Pods, four of them directly on the river, add something fresh to the mix, with three including a hot tub.

Family days made easy

A playground keeps younger guests busy, BBQ hire sorts the warm evenings, and the on-site Bobbin Mill Cafe is there for a relaxed breakfast or afternoon coffee. The quiet days end up as good as the big adventures.

Our 3rd holiday at Low Briery and we absolutely love it. We only wish we discovered this site years ago. The location is only a short 30 min walk into Keswick Town Centre. The site is beautiful. peaceful, tranquil and all guests are very respectful. Accommodation is always clean and tidy overlooking the river. Bonus is an amazing new Bobbin Mill Cafe a perfect place to relax. We can’t wait to book again.
