Briery House is our largest and most spacious property on the park, offering stylish and modern self-catering accommodation for up to ten guests. With generous living areas, four bedrooms and excellent facilities, it’s the perfect choice for families or larger groups enjoying a Lake District getaway together.
The house features four bedrooms, including a luxurious super-king master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a quad bedroom with a double bed, single bunk above and additional pull-out single bed, and a versatile king-size/twin bedroom. A cot can also be added on request.
The heart of Briery House is its large, bright open-plan living and dining area, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax together. The fully fitted kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with a large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas hob and wine cooler, along with all the essential crockery, cookware and utensils.
For added convenience, the house has additional toilet facilities and a utility room downstairs, making it particularly well suited to larger groups. There is also a handy boot-room side entrance, perfect for leaving muddy boots and drying off wet coats after a day exploring the fells.
The house is centrally heated throughout, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment whatever the season.
Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the price, along with parking for three cars. It is possible to add two cots upon request.
