Briery house is our largest and newly refurbished (in 2022) property on the park, offering group accommodation for ten people. There are four bedrooms consisting of a master super-king bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a quad bedroom consisting of a double bed with single bunk bed above plus a pull-out single bed, and a king/twin bedroom. It is possible to add one cot upon request.
This stunning self-catering luxury accommodation is fully centrally heated and features a large open plan lounge and a fully fitted kitchen which includes a large fridge freezer, microwave-oven, dishwasher, gas hob and wine cooler. Extra toilet facilities and a utility room downstairs ensure plenty of space and amenities for larger groups, plus an additional boot-room side entrance to dry off those wet coats after a day on the fells! This holiday house in Keswick is perfect if you are looking for large group accommodation.
All bed linen and towels are provided, all gas and electric is included.
