Keswick welcomes the festive season with its Christmas Lights Switch On, normally held in the third week of November. Locals and visitors gather in the town centre around the Moot Hall for an evening of music and festive cheer as the lights come on.
The event is led by Keswick Town Council with support from local groups, and it makes a cheerful start to a late autumn break in the Lakes. Check the organiser’s website for this year’s dates and details.
