The 10in10 is a charity challenge to walk or run over ten Lake District fells in ten hours, normally on the third Saturday of June. It was created by Keswick’s Yvonne Booth after her husband Duncan was diagnosed with MS, and all proceeds support the MS Society.
The event is based at the Swinside Inn in the Newlands Valley, a short drive from Low Briery. The shorter Challenge5 takes in five fells and is open to families. Check the organiser’s website for this year’s dates and routes.
