Keswick Golf Club is at Threlkeld Hall, just off the A66 east of Keswick, so it’s a short drive from the park. The 18 hole, par 71 course covers around 6,200 yards of rolling parkland, with tree lined fairways, water features and views of Blencathra and Skiddaw.
Visitors are welcome and tee times can be booked online, with buggies available to hire. Afterwards, the modern clubhouse has a licensed bar, homemade food and wide views of the fells. There’s plenty of free parking on site, and the course suits golfers of a range of abilities.
